Marketing Plan of "Tiens" provides following kinds of compensations:
  1. Product Retail Profit (the retail income) - All distributors of the company, since the distributor - on contract (D-OC), i.e. who has concluded the contract, have the right to purchase "Tiens" production with 25% discount from a retail price, i.e. fromwholesale prices profit will make PRP = 25%;
  2. Direct Compensation (DC) - Percent from commodity circulations of people who have been invited personally by you and signed up as a distributor/independent consultant, it makes from 5 up to 43 %. Direct compensation consists of two parts: compensation for personal volumes (CPV), exceeding 300 PV (or c.u.), Plus compensation from personal volumes of distributors which are in your first generation;
  3. Network Compensation (NC) is a compensation for network development. From 4 up to 38 percent;
  4. Compensation for a management of the organization in a network - the company returns up to 5 percent for people of equal qualifications;
  5. The Honourable Premium - the premium from world commodity circulation of the company. Company allocates 5 percent from world goods turnover and divides this percent between people who have reached Honorary titles. And in the further it will be transferred by the right of succession;

1) Degrees of distributors 
Distributors with one star (D-OC - distributor on contract)

Status: For the beginning of "Tiens" distributorship it is necessary to conclude a contract, make personal purchase of "Starting Business Kit/Package" and receive the statement of Company.
Privileges: Has the right of product purchasement with distributional prices (25% discount) and receive profit by selling on retail prices; also has the right to recommend business with Tiens.

Distributor with two stars (DPD - Distributor of a preparatory degree)

Status: Distributor with one star makes single purchase of production of the Company for a minimum of 100 PV, and in the same month becomes the distributor with two stars.
Privileges: Has the right to receive Direct compensation which makes 5 % from Direct sales volume.

Distributor with three stars (DID - Distributor of initial degree)

Status

Way 1: Distributor with two stars accumulates a sales volume for a minimum of 300 PV and in same month becomes a distributor with three stars.
Way 2: The Beginner(D-C) makes single purchase for a minimum of 300 PV and in same month becomes the distributor with three stars.

Privileges and duties

Receives Direct compensation 20 % from the Direct sales volume in current month and Indirect (network) compensation of 15 %.

Distributor with four stars (DI)

Status

Way 1
: Distributor of 3 stars who has at least three branches of network with 3 star distributors and MCC (memory-accumulative commodity circulation) reaches 1500 PV, in current month receives a degree of 4 stars. 

Way 2: Distributor of 3 stars who has at least two branches of network with 3 star distributors and MCC reaches 3000 PV, in current month receives the degree of 4 stars.

Way 3: Distributor does single purchase of Company's production for a minimum of 1200 PV (or personal memory commodity circulation reaches 1200 PV), in current month receives the degree of 4 stars.

Privileges and duties:
Receives Direct compensation 24 % from the Direct sales volume in current month and Indirect compensation from 4 up to 19 %.

Distributor with three stars (DIIStatus: 

Way 1
: Each distributor with a degree of 3 stars and above which has at least three branches of network with 4 star distributors and total amount of accumulation in networks is not less than 6000 PV, in current month becomes the distributor with five stars.

Way 2: Distributor with 3 stars and above which at least has two networks with a distributor with 4 stars and total amount of accumulation in networks is not less than 12000 PV, in current month becomes the distributor with five stars.

Privileges and duties: 

1. Receives Direct compensation 28 % from the Direct sales volume in current month and corresponding Indirect compensation (4-23 %). 

2. Compensation for a management - 1 % from the first generation of distributors with an equal degree.

Distributor with six stars (DIII)

Status: 

Way 1
: Each distributor with a degree of 3 stars and above which at least has three network branches with 5 star distributors and total amount of accumulation in networks is not less than 25000 PV, in current month becomes a distributor with six stars.

Way 2: Each distributor with a degree of 3 stars and above which has at least two network branches with 5 star distributors and total amount of accumulation in networks is not less than 50000 PV, in current month becomes a distributor with six stars.

Privileges and duties: 

1. Receives Direct compensation 32 % from the Direct sales volume in current month and corresponding Indirect compensation (4-27 %). 

2. Compensation for a management - 1 % from the first generation, 0,5 % from the second generation of distributors with an equal degree. 

Condition of payment: PP (personal volume) in current month is not less than 50 PV.

Distributor with seven stars (DIV

Status: 

Way 1
: Each distributor with a degree of 3 stars and above which at least has three network branches with 6 star distributors and total amount of accumulation in networks is not less than 100000 PV, in current month becomes a distributor with seven stars.

Way 2: Each distributor with a degree of 3 stars and above which has at least two networks with a distributor of 6 stars and total amount of accumulation in networks is not less than 200000 PV, in current month becomes a distributor with seven stars.
Way 3: Distributor who has at least two network branches with 6 star distributors, also has at least 4 branches with 5 star distributors and TAA reaches 100 000 PV, on next month the degree of 7 stars will be appropriated.
Way 4: Distributor who has at least one network branch with 6 star distributor, also has at least 6 branches with 5 star distributors and TAA reaches 100 000 PV, on next month the degree of 7 stars will be appropriated.

Privileges and duties:

1. Distributor makes individual purchase for not less than 200 PV in current month; receives direct compensation which is 37 % from Direct volume of current month and corresponding Indirect compensation (5-32 %). 

2. Compensation for a management - 1 % from the first generation, 0,5 % from 2, 3-rd generation of distributors with an equal degree.

Distributor with eight stars (DV)

Status: 

Way 1: Each distributor with a degree of 3 stars and above which at least has three network branches with 7 star distributors and total amount of accumulation in networks is not less than 400000 PV, in current month becomes a distributor with eight stars.
Way 2: Each distributor with a degree of 3 stars and above which has at least two networks with a distributor of 7 stars and total amount of accumulation in networks is not less than 800000 PV, in current month becomes a distributor with eight stars.
Way 3: Distributor who has at least two network branches with 7 star distributors, also has at least 4 branches with 6 star distributors and TAA reaches 400 000 PV, on next month the degree of 8 stars will be appropriated.
Way 4: Distributor who has at least one network branch with 7 star distributor, also has at least 6 branches with 6 star distributors and TAA reaches 400 000 PV, on next month the degree of 8 stars will be appropriated.

Privileges and duties:

1. Distributor's individual purchase should not be less than 300 PV; receives Direct compensation which makes 43 % from Direct volume of current month and corresponding indirect compensation (6-37 %). 

2. Compensation for a management - 1 % from the first generation, 0,5 % from 2, 3, 4, 5-th generations of distributors with an equal degree.

2) Honorary titles 

After reaching the highest degree (distributor with eight stars) and continuing to expand the network, distributor receives assignment of the Honorary title and has the right to Honourable compensation which makes 5 % from the world summary of sales of Corporation.


Honorary title "Bronze Lion" 

Requirements: In a two Direct networks has at least one distributor with 8 stars.

Privileges and duties

1. Distributor who did individual purchase not less than 300 PV receives Direct compensation which makes 43 % from Direct volume of the current month and corresponding indirect compensation. 

2. Becoming the distributor with eight stars and having group volume not less than 3000 PV in the current month, the distributor can receive compensation for a management which makes 1 % from group volume of colleagues on a degree of the first and second generations. And also 0.5 % of group volume of colleagues on third, fourth and fifth generations.

3. If in the current month the group volume was not less than 3000 PV such distributor has the right to participate in distribution of Honourable compensation of "Bronze Lion", which makes 20 % from all summary of "Honourable compensation".

Honorary title "Silver Lion "

Requirements: In a three Direct networks has at least one distributor with eight stars.

Privileges and duties: Except of using privileges and duties same as well as at "Bronze Lion", besides if in the current month group volume is not less than 2000 PV such distributor has the right to participate in distribution of Honourable compensation of "Silver Lion", which makes 15 % from all summary of "Honourable compensation".

Honorary title "Gold Lion" 

Requirements: In a four Direct networks has at least one distributor with eight stars.
Privileges and duties: Except of using privileges and duties same as well as at "Silver Lion", besides if in the current month group volume is not less than 1000 PV such distributor has the right to participate in distribution of Honourable compensation of "Gold Lion", which makes 10 % from all summary of "Honourable compensation".

Honorary title "Gold Lion" with one star(diamond)

Requirement: In a five Direct networks has at least one distributor with eight stars.

Privileges and duties: Except of using privileges and duties same as well as at "Gold Lion" and besides if he/she has at least in five networks has one distributor with eight stars, also Volume of all network is not less than 30000 PV the distributor has the right to participate in distribution of Honourable compensation of "the Gold Lion" with one star, which makes 10 % from all sum of "Honourable compensation".

Honorary title "Gold Lion" with two stars (or with two diamonds)   

Requirement: In a six Direct networks has at least one distributor with eight stars.

Privileges and duties: Except of using privileges and duties same as well as at "the Gold Lion" with one star and besides if he/she has at least in six networks one distributor with eight stars, which Volume of all network is not less than 30000 PV, the distributor has the right to participate in distribution of Honourable compensation of "the Gold Lion" with two stars which makes 10 % from all sum of "Honourable compensation".

Honorary title "Gold Lion" with three stars 

Requirement: In a seven Direct networks has at least one distributor with eight stars.

Privileges and duties: Except of using privileges and duties same as at "the Gold Lion" with two stars and besides if he has at least in seven networks one distributor with eight stars, also Volume of all network is not less than 30000 PV, the distributor has the right to participate in distribution of Honourable compensation of "the Gold Lion" with three stars, which makes 10 % from all sum of "Honourable compensation".

Honorary title the "Gold Lion" with four stars 

Requirement: In an eight Direct networks has at least one distributor with eight stars.

Privileges and duties: Except for using privileges and duties same as at "the Gold Lion" with three stars and besides if he/she has at least in eight networks one distributor with eight stars and Volume of all network is not less than 30000 PV, the distributor has the right to participate in distribution of Honourable compensation of "the Gold Lion" with four stars which makes 10 % from all sum of "Honourable compensation".

Honorary title the "Gold Lion" with five stars 

Requirement: In a ten Direct networks has at least one distributor with eight stars.

Privileges and duties: Except of using privileges and duties same as at "the Gold Lion" with four stars and besides if he/she has at least in ten networks one distributor with eight stars and Volume of all network is not less than 30000 PV, the distributor has the right to participate in distribution of Honourable compensation of "the Gold Lion" with five stars which makes 10 % from all sum of "Honourable compensation".

Honorary title the "Honorary member of board" 

Requirements: In a four Direct networks has at least one distributor with a honorary title "the Gold Lion".

Privileges and duties: Except of using privileges and duties same as at "the Gold Lion" and besides if he/she has at least in four networks one distributor with honorary title "the Gold Lion" and Volume of all network is not less than 120000 PV such distributor has the right to participate in distribution of Honourable compensation of "the Honorary member of Board" which makes 5 % from all sum of "Honourable compensation".
